Women, Midlife, and the End of the Decline Narrative: A Multi-Omics Approach to Prevention and Optimized Vitality - Dawn Mussallem, DO, DipABLM

Midlife is not a decline — it's a turning point. In this session, Dr. Dawn Mussallem brings together the science of lifestyle medicine and the wisdom of lived experience to explore what's actually possible for women at midlife and beyond. From nutrition and movement to hormonal health and energy, she'll break down the evidence-backed strategies that support healing, reduce disease risk, and help you feel genuinely well — not just functional. Whether you're navigating menopause, noticing shifts in how your body feels, or simply ready to take your health seriously, this conversation will give you real tools and real hope.

Dawn Mussallem, DO, DipABLM, is Global Chief Medical Officer at Fountain Life, Global Chief Medical Officer at VIOME, and Founding Chief Scientific Officer at IM8 Health. A double board-certified lifestyle medicine and integrative medicine physician, she leads a prevention-first approach integrating advanced diagnostics, precision biomarkers, multi-omics, and AI-enabled care to optimize healthspan worldwide.

Previously at Mayo Clinic Florida, she served as a Consultant in Hematology/Oncology and Assistant Professor of Medicine, where she founded the Integrative Medicine & Breast Health Program, launched the Lifestyle Medicine Residency Curriculum, and directed Employee Well-being and Humanities in Medicine.
