Registration Terms and Refund Policy
In-Person Programs
Cancellations and refunds. Send cancellation requests in writing to info@hermedicine.org. Refund eligibility is based on when we receive your request, measured in calendar days before the first day of the program (Eastern Time).

Refunds are calculated from the registration amount you actually paid after discounts. The administrative fee will never reduce a refund below $0. HERmedicine does not deduct a separate processing fee. Refunds are returned to the original payment method when available through Zeffy. If Zeffy can no longer process a refund to that method, HERmedicine will arrange another way to issue it. Partial attendance or early departure does not qualify for a refund.
Optional Zeffy contribution. Any voluntary contribution you choose to make to Zeffy at checkout is separate from your HERmedicine registration fee. It is not automatically refunded when HERmedicine refunds a registration. To request a refund of that contribution, follow the instructions in your Zeffy confirmation email. Zeffy handles these requests under its own terms.
Substitutions. You may transfer your registration to another eligible attendee at no charge no later than seven calendar days before the first day of the program. Email the substitute's name, credentials and email address to info@hermedicine.org. CME credit is available only to the person who participates and completes the applicable credit requirements. In-person registrations cannot be converted to live stream registrations, and live stream registrations cannot be converted to in-person registrations.
Authorized registration. Register using the official Zeffy form linked from hermedicine.org or provided in a HERmedicine communication. HERmedicine cannot honor registrations purchased from an unauthorized source.
Program changes. HERmedicine may change faculty, session times or the agenda. If the program proceeds substantially as advertised, changes to individual speakers or sessions do not qualify for a refund. If HERmedicine cancels the program or materially changes its date, location or in-person format, registrants may choose a full refund of the amount paid for registration or transfer to the revised program.
Travel and hotel reservations. HERmedicine is not responsible for airfare, hotel reservations, transportation or other travel costs. Hotel reservations are made directly with the hotel and are subject to the hotel's cancellation policy.
Attendance and infants. Only registered attendees may attend sessions, meals and exhibits. Guests and children may not attend the program, except that a registered parent may bring an infant under one year of age, including into sessions. Nursing parents may breastfeed wherever they are otherwise permitted to be.
Service animals. Service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable law and must remain under their handler's control. If you would like help with seating or another accommodation, please contact info@hermedicine.org. Advance notice is welcome but is not required for a service animal to attend.
Program materials. Materials or gifts distributed on site are for attendees who are present. HERmedicine cannot mail them or provide them to someone else.
Photography and recording. HERmedicine and its authorized event partners may photograph and record the program for educational, archival and promotional use. By attending, you permit the use of your image and voice captured at the event for those purposes without compensation. If you prefer not to be featured in identifiable photography or video, contact info@hermedicine.org before the program; we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request. Attendees may not record sessions without HERmedicine's written permission.
Conduct. HERmedicine may refuse admission to or remove someone whose behavior is threatening, harassing, abusive or seriously disruptive, or who refuses to follow reasonable event safety instructions. An attendee removed for such conduct will not receive a refund.
By registering, you agree to these terms.
Live Stream Registration Terms
Cancellations and refunds. Live stream registrations are nonrefundable if you cancel or do not attend. If HERmedicine cancels the live stream or cannot deliver it substantially as advertised, you may choose a full refund of the amount paid for registration or transfer to a revised program. The optional Zeffy contribution and refund-method terms above also apply. HERmedicine may change faculty, session times or the agenda. These changes do not qualify for a refund if the live stream proceeds substantially as advertised.
Recording access. Registration includes access to the program recordings for one year after the final day of the program. Access to a recording does not, by itself, establish eligibility for CME credit from viewing it. Any credit available for recorded sessions, including claim requirements and deadlines, will be stated separately.
Individual access. Registration is for one person and cannot be transferred or shared. CME credit is available only to the registered participant who completes the applicable requirements.
No redistribution. You may not record, download, share or redistribute live stream content without HERmedicine's written permission.
