Dr. Jyothi Joseph-Hayes explores the growing interest in continuous glucose monitors (CGMs) for individuals without diabetes. This session will explain how CGMs work, what they can reveal about your metabolic health, and whether using one might be right for you. From spotting glucose spikes to tailoring your diet and lifestyle, CGMs are becoming a valuable tool in personalized, preventive care—even for those not managing diabetes.
The session will begin with a 30-minute overview from Dr. Joseph-Hayes, followed by a 30-minute live Q&A moderated by Dr. Lisa Larkin. Dr. Joseph-Hayes will answer audience questions and clarify the latest science on metabolic monitoring, insulin resistance, and using CGMs as part of a comprehensive health strategy.
