Perimenopause: HELP! - Jaclyn (Jackie) Piasta, Adrienne Mandelberger, Anita Mirchandani & Lauren Tetenbaum

Jackie Piasta, Adrienne Mandelberger, Anita Mirchandani and Lauren Tetenbaum break down the confusing and often overwhelming experience of perimenopause. This session will help you understand what’s happening in your body, how to recognize the wide range of symptoms—from irregular cycles and hot flashes to anxiety, brain fog, and sleep disruptions—and what treatment options are available to help you feel like yourself again. You’ll walk away with clarity, validation, and a roadmap for navigating this hormonal transition with confidence.

The session will begin with a 30-minute overview from the panel, followed by a 30-minute live Q&A moderated by Dr. Lisa Larkin.
