The New NKT's and Other Options for Menopause Management - Laurie S. Jeffers, DNP, FNP-BC, MSCP

Hormone therapy isn't the only option — and the landscape of menopause management is changing fast. In this session, Dr. Laurie Jeffers breaks down the newest non-hormonal treatments, including a newer class of medications that work directly on the brain's temperature control center to reduce hot flashes, alongside other approaches that can help you feel like yourself again. Whether you're not a candidate for hormones, prefer a non-hormonal route, or simply want to understand all your options, this is the conversation you've been waiting for.

This isn't about dieting. It's about understanding your body and taking charge of your long-term health — starting now.
