HELP! What to Do About GSM (Genitourinary Syndrome of Menopause) and Vaginal Atrophy - Amanda Clark, MD, MCR, NCMP, FACOG

Dr. Amanda Clark dives into one of the most common—and least talked about—conditions affecting women in midlife and beyond: genitourinary syndrome of menopause (GSM), also known as vaginal atrophy. This session will explain why GSM happens, how it impacts sexual and urinary health, and what treatment options are available—from vaginal moisturizers and estrogen therapies to laser treatments and pelvic floor rehab. Whether you’re experiencing symptoms or simply want to understand what’s normal, this talk will provide clarity, compassion, and real solutions.

The session will begin with a 30-minute evidence-based overview from Amanda Clark, followed by a 30-minute live Q&A moderated by Dr. Lisa Larkin. Amanda will answer audience questions—both live and submitted in advance—offering practical advice on managing GSM and improving quality of life.
