Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulators (SERMs) offer a unique therapeutic option for midlife and older women—blending estrogen-like benefits with targeted risk reduction. In this session, Dr. Steven R. Goldstein will explore the evolving role of SERMs in menopause management and healthy aging. He’ll review mechanisms of action, current clinical applications, and evidence for their use in symptom management, bone health, and breast safety. Attendees will gain a practical understanding of when and how to consider SERMs in the broader context of individualized menopause care.
