Candace Westgate, DO, FACOG, DipABLM, is a board-certified OB/GYN and lifestyle medicine physician dedicated to advancing preventive care and whole-person health. She serves as the Medical Director of Blue Zones and Adventist Health’s WELLthy Lifestyle Program, where she leads community-based initiatives focused on reducing chronic disease through lifestyle intervention. Dr. Westgate specializes in women’s health across the lifespan and is passionate about empowering patients with the tools to live healthier, more purposeful lives through personalized, evidence-based care.
