Jan Shifren, MD, NCMP, FACOG, is a board-certified gynecologist and Director of the Midlife Women’s Health Center at Massachusetts General Hospital. She is also a Professor of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Biology at Harvard Medical School. A nationally recognized expert in menopause and hormonal therapy, Dr. Shifren focuses on improving quality of life for women through midlife and beyond. Her clinical and research work centers on menopausal symptom management, sexual health, and the use of hormone therapy in women with complex health profiles.
