Abnormal uterine bleeding is one of the most common and clinically nuanced presentations in perimenopausal and menopausal women — and getting the workup right matters. In this session, Dr. Steven Goldstein will walk clinicians through a systematic, evidence-based approach to evaluating abnormal uterine bleeding in this patient population. From initial assessment and imaging to endometrial sampling and the role of office hysteroscopy, Dr. Goldstein will provide practical guidance on distinguishing benign etiologies from those requiring further intervention. Attendees will leave with a clear, actionable framework for evaluating and managing this common yet complex clinical presentation.
