Osteoporosis Cases - Jennifer Lanoff, WHNP-BC, MSCP, JD

Jen Lanoff, WHNP-BC, MSCP, JD, will lead an interactive case-based discussion focused on the evaluation and management of osteoporosis across the lifespan. Using real-world clinical scenarios, she will highlight common diagnostic challenges, risk assessment strategies, and treatment decision points faced in everyday practice. Jen will also explore practical considerations in osteoporosis care, including screening guidelines, interpretation of bone density results, pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatment options, and patient-centered counseling. This session is designed to strengthen clinical confidence, sharpen decision-making, and support evidence-based management of bone health.

Jennifer Lanoff, WHNP-BC, MSCP, JD, is a board-certified Women's Health and Gender-Related Nurse Practitioner practicing in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia area. She specializes in menopause, osteoporosis, breast and pelvic cancer survivorship, pelvic pain and endometriosis, and sexual health disorders. Jennifer is a Menopause Society Certified Provider and former chair of The Menopause Society's Education Committee. She serves as a peer reviewer for the Menopause journal and on the Bone Health and Osteoporosis Foundation's Professional Practice Committee. She is a national lecturer and speaker on menopause, osteoporosis, and women's health topics.
